Used that super dry curd to make some glue. Did some different combinations to test for water resistance. Only one made the grade. I was able to pry apart the left two easily with my hands. The right one just fell apart when I picked it up (too much borax). I’m thinking the curd dried too long, too. The chunks were too big and not all of them fully dissolved so the base glue itself wasn’t very strong. That leads the way for the next experiment: glue made from curds that have been ground before drying and glue made from curds that have been dried to the point where they can still be ground to a nice powder.
